General Contracting
Bigger projects involve a lot of moving parts: design decisions, permits, framing, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, flooring, paint and inspections, all in the right order. As a residential general contractor, RossBuilt manages the whole job so you have one point of contact, one schedule and one company responsible for getting it done right.
What a general contractor does for you
- Planning and estimating. We walk the project with you, talk through options and provide a clear, itemized written estimate.
- Permits and inspections. We pull the permits the job requires with your city or county and schedule inspections at the right stages.
- Scheduling the trades. Licensed plumbers, electricians and HVAC techs are scheduled in the right sequence so the job keeps moving.
- Ordering materials. We order and track materials and handle deliveries so work does not stall waiting on parts.
- Quality control. The owner is involved from the first walkthrough to the final punch list, checking work at each stage.
- Communication. Regular updates, so you know what is happening this week and what is coming next.
Projects we manage
- Whole-home and multi-room remodels
- Home additions and sunrooms
- Kitchen and bathroom remodels
- Basement finishing and interior remodeling
- Exterior renovations: roofing, siding, windows and doors
- Decks and outdoor living
- Insurance repairs after storm damage
Why one contractor beats juggling several
When you hire trades separately, every gap between them becomes your problem: who patches the drywall the plumber opened, who waits on whom, who fixes it when two pieces do not line up. With a general contractor, those handoffs are our job. You get a single schedule, a single estimate and a single phone number to call.
How we work
Straight answers, clear written estimates, protected floors, daily cleanup and a final walkthrough where we go over every detail with you. If something is not right, we come back and make it right.
