Careers
RossBuilt Construction is a residential general contractor serving the St. Louis metro. Our motto, Built Right. Built Strong. Built to Last., applies to how we treat our crew as much as how we treat our customers’ homes. We are always glad to hear from people who take pride in doing the job right.
Who we are looking for
- Carpenters with experience in framing, finish carpentry, decks or flooring
- Helpers and laborers who are reliable, hard-working and want to learn a trade
- Tile setters, roofers and siding installers
- Licensed subcontractors (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting) interested in steady residential work
What matters to us
- Showing up on time and doing what you say you will do
- Caring about the prep work and the details, not just the finish
- Respect for customers’ homes: protecting floors and cleaning up every day
- Working safely
- A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
