Done right underneath
Most floor failures start below the surface. Before anything goes down we check the subfloor for squeaks, soft spots and level, test basement slabs for moisture, and fix what we find. Then we acclimate the material and finish the job with clean transitions and trim.
What to expect
- Walkthrough and measure. We look at the rooms, talk about how you live in them and help you choose a material.
- Clear written estimate. Material, prep and labor are spelled out.
- Clean install. Furniture moving, old floor removal, dust control and haul-away.
- Final walkthrough. We do not call it done until you are happy with it.
