Built strong where you can’t see it
Most deck problems come from the structure: footings, ledger attachment, joist spacing and hardware. We build to code with properly sized footings, flashing at the house and the right fasteners, and we pull permits where they are required.
Composite or wood?
Composite costs more up front but skips the yearly staining and won’t splinter. Pressure-treated wood costs less to start and can look great with upkeep. We’ll walk you through both and price them side by side.
