Franklin County

RossBuilt Construction serves homeowners throughout Franklin County, including Washington, Union, Pacific, St. Clair, Sullivan, New Haven and Gerald. We are a residential general contractor focused on doing the prep work right and standing behind every job.

Franklin County mixes river towns, small cities and rural acreage. Homes range from historic brick in downtown Washington to newer builds and farmhouses on larger lots. Wind and hail move through regularly, and many homes sit on properties where decks, porches and outdoor spaces get heavy use.

Common projects in Franklin County

Exterior work is a big part of what homeowners here need: roofing, siding, windows and gutters that stand up to open-country weather. We also build decks and covered porches, remodel kitchens and baths, and update older farmhouses with new flooring and layouts that fit modern life.

Rural properties

Larger lots and longer drives do not scare us. We plan deliveries and scheduling so projects outside city limits stay on track, and we handle permits with whichever city or county office has jurisdiction.
